Breathwork has proven to be one of the most efficient forms of transformation to unify mind and body. It’s available to any human who desires to connect to self and regulate one’s own nervous system. Learn what breath to use and relearn proper breathing techniques that best support wholeness.

I add Reiki to our sessions which is a type of energy healing therapy using a loving and gentle exchange of energy. I find that this intensifies the effect of your treatment and breath session. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). The combination of Reiki and intended breath patterns are incredibly powerful and promotes deep movement in the body.

Energy healing targets our energy body or electro-magnetic fields that exist in and around the body. Our energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or persistent emotional pain. Reiki is extremely successful in treating anxiety and stress relief.
